Booking of the draw

  Available rods will be sold by phone 888 730-6174, on Tuesday November 26 2024 from 9 to 12 a.m. for drawing participants and from 1 to 4 p.m.for everyone.

• Drawing for sector 2 of the Patapedia river is only for residents of the province of Quebec.
• All applications must be made via the inscription card
  • Photocopies and facsimiles are accepted
  • On line registration on Register online
• The C.G.R.M.P. is not responsable for registration errors which are beyond its control
• Maximum 10 inscription cards, per river, per sector.
  • It's not necessary to fill out 10 cards for a given sector, just inscribe the number of cards in the appropriate box.
• All cards that are not properly filled out will be dismissed prior to the draw without notice.
• All checks that are not cashable and money orders that are not properly completed or invalid credit card will entail withdrawal of the cards and the winner's right.
• All entries must be received no later than October 31st at noon.
• A person's name cannot appear more than once per sector per river.
• In the event of an error in the administrative processing of the registration, the only recourse will be the reimbursement of the registration fees.
• Anyone who enters this draw accepts that the CGRMP can cancel without notice and without refund any fishing trip obtained fraudulently.
• Any registration made in the name or on behalf of another person without legitimate authorization, an assumption of a person, the use of false documents constitutes fraud. Any fraudster is exposed to the risk of legal proceedings. The fraudster will have his right to participate in the draws suspended for a period of two years, including as a substitute.

To note : Differents nations practive in fishing and hunting activities from time to time on the differents territories of the region.

INFORMATIONS

• The drawings are held on November 1^st and the winners are determined by computer.
• A few days later, a notice will be sent to all participants informing them of the result of the drawing.
• At the mid-November, the winners will be contacted by telephone so they can book their dates.
• Anybody not chosen during the November draw, will be able to try and reserve dates that are available on Tuesday November 26, 2024 from 9am to noon for the draw participants and from 1pm to 4pm for everyone by calling 1 (888) 730-6174.

 The leader of groupe must provide a photo id to obstain daily permit

Substitution Method

Every substitution case will be in favor of the name submitted at the time of booking only. All official documentation must be received by the director of the CGRMP for approval, two business days prior to the fishing trip. If it isn't received in two business days or if the substitute is denied, the trip will be cancelled and all fees will be non-refundable.

If the group leader and substitute are unavailable for their scheduled fishing trip, that trip will be cancelled and all fees will be non-refundable.

Group leader substitution will be allowed in these circumstances:

• Death of member of the immediate family of the leader;
• Court orders;
• Medical reasons.

Management fees of 100$ + taxes are required for each substitution request.
