Terms

• The tenant agrees to bring the equipment to the reception station, maximum at 8am the next morning.
• The tenant bears all risks of loss, theft, destruction and damage to the equipment whatever the cause.
• In the event of loss or damage to the equipment, the renter will have to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the equipment.
• The renter agrees to provide a valid credit card number that can be used to pay for the repair or replacement of lost or damaged equipment up to a maximum of 350$ for wader and boots, 250$ for adult cane and 50$ for cane child
