[Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks]

New for the 2019-2020 season: striped bass fishing will now be permitted in certain rivers in Quebec that flow into zone 21.

Considering the increase and distribution of the striped bass population in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence, the Ministry will allow anglers to keep striped bass caught in most of the rivers that flow into the striped bass fishing of the zone 21, located east of a line connecting Forestville to Rimouski.
